Our Health Guarantee
We place the highest priority on the health and well-being of every puppy we breed and sell. Each puppy undergoes a thorough health screening by a licensed veterinarian before joining your family. We provide transparent documentation of vaccinations and health records, ensuring your new companion begins life with you in peak health. Our health guarantee includes coverage for genetic disorders, reflecting our commitment to breeding healthy puppies and giving you peace of mind.
Our relationship with you doesn’t end when you take your Working Dog puppy home — in fact, it’s just beginning. As passionate breeders and lifelong dog lovers, we’re committed to supporting you and your puppy every step of the way.
We take every measure to ensure our puppies are healthy, well-cared for, and ready to thrive in their new homes. While many health factors — such as genetics, environment, diet, and exercise — are beyond anyone’s full control, we promise to be here for you, even in the rare case something unexpected happens.
Health Guarantee
Although we can’t promise your puppy will never face a health challenge, we do guarantee that we’ll do everything in our power to provide you with a happy, healthy companion. If a genetic or congenital condition arises within two years of birth that significantly affects your Rottweiler health, we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value at no additional cost, with verification from a licensed veterinarian.
In the rare event that a genetic condition leads to the loss of your Rottweiler after ten years of age, we will provide a credit worth 70% of the original purchase price, which can be applied toward another puppy of your choice.
What We Ask of You
It’s our joy to place healthy puppies in loving homes. To help us keep our commitment strong, we ask for your cooperation in these simple but essential areas:
Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of arrival, and send us a copy of the examination report.
Do not re-vaccinate your puppy within the first 10 days of arrival, as they will already have received age-appropriate vaccinations.
Continue routine veterinary care, including vaccinations, deworming, and wellness checks as recommended by your vet.
Maintain your puppy’s weight at a healthy level to reduce the risk of joint-related issues, especially in breeds predisposed to them.
Important Exceptions
To maintain fairness and quality assurance, our health guarantee does not cover:
Personality traits, physical size, coat color, or future breeding capability
Hip dysplasia in puppies that become overweight
Conditions resulting from neglect, missed vaccinations, or lack of veterinary care
Expenses related to spaying, neutering, or undescended testicles
Veterinary Health Report
Before any puppy leaves our care, they undergo a comprehensive health evaluation by a licensed veterinarian. This health check covers all vital areas — including heart, lungs, skin, eyes, ears, digestive and musculoskeletal systems. Only puppies that pass this thorough exam are approved for adoption and shipment.
You will receive a signed Veterinary Health Certificate on the day of your puppy’s departure to ensure full transparency and peace of mind. We also require that you take your new Rottweiler to your own vet within 10 days of arrival for a post-arrival wellness check.
